When ordering, please include the full ISBN with your title. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability and are F.O.B. from our shipping point. Orders will be filled at prices and terms in effect on the date of shipment. Prices shown on this website are the Press’s suggested prices. Resellers are free to charge any price.

All prices listed on this webpage, including special offers, are subject to change without notice. Please note that some world areas may be restricted. Libraries are urged to order through a wholesaler, or their bookseller, although they may order directly from the publisher. All University of Pittsburgh Press books carry Cataloging-in-Publication (CIP) data. University of Pittsburgh Press books are printed on acid-free paper.

Only clean, unmarked, in-print books in saleable condition are eligible to be returned. Customer must supply a specific invoice number for each title returned; otherwise, books will be credited using the highest possible discount. No credit will be issued for shopworn, thumbed, or damaged books. Returns are not accepted less than 90 days or more than one year after the invoice date. Out-of-print titles are not accepted. Send returns prepaid, with a packing slip, to University of Pittsburgh Press, Longleaf Services, Inc., 116 South Boundary Street, Chapel Hill, NC 27514-3808. No prior permission is required.

We may need to bill your accessibility office a service fee, to cover the cost of preparing the file and transmitting it if you cannot accept a file via email. For instance, we generally charge $10.00 + shipping costs for delivery on a CD.
